The EU Regulation 1169/2011, establishing the obligatoriety to declare the presence of potential allergens in every food served to informing its customers of the substances contain allergens that can be founded in the dishes.

The European Union establishes this obligation in order to obtain that the consumer who taste food or dish, be able to know the food information as easily as possible
